Processing & Estimated Delivery Time
• Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation
• Custom or print-on-demand items may require additional processing time
• Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Carrier's Transit Time
• In the event of significant processing delays, we will notify you by email
• Orders may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods

Order Modifications & Cancellations
• Order changes (including address updates) and cancellations may be accommodated if requested before the order enters our fulfillment process
• Once an order has been assigned to our fulfillment center, modifications may not be possible
• Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package specifications
• Billing Errors: Shipping charge billing errors are subject to correction under our Refund and Return Policy
• Expedited options may be available at checkout; expedited shipping applies to carrier transit time only and does not reduce processing time
• Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are estimates only. StackTrace Media does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control

Multi-Item Orders & Split Shipments
• We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages when necessary for efficiency or product protection
• Split shipments incur no additional shipping charges to the customer
• Items with different processing times may be shipped separately to expedite delivery

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the buyer upon delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier
• StackTrace Media's responsibility ends when the package is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the provided address

Shipping Restrictions
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services
• Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout
• Certain products may have geographic shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical constraints

Special Product Categories
• Custom Orders: Products marked as "custom" or "made-to-order" may require additional processing time and are final sale - not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
• Pre-Orders: Items available for pre-order will display estimated availability dates. Your entire order may be held until all pre-order items are available unless otherwise specified
• Limited Editions: Special release items may have extended processing times due to production schedules

International Shipping Policy
• We ship worldwide through our international shipping partners, subject to destination restrictions
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
• Customs processing may delay delivery times beyond our estimates
• International customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported to their destination
• International customers' shipping disputes are subject to applicable local laws and our Privacy Policy
• If shipping to your location is unavailable, the system will notify you at checkout

Order Tracking & Notifications
• Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from our system
• Allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after shipment notification
• Tracking accuracy and availability depend on the shipping carrier's systems, which are outside our control

Damages and Lost Packages
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
• Lost or Stolen Packages: StackTrace Media is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery to the provided address. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We may assist in filing carrier claims when appropriate
• Delivery Confirmation: We rely on carrier delivery confirmation as proof of successful delivery
• StackTrace Media is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Signature Requirements
• For certain high-value orders or specific product types, an adult signature may be required upon delivery
• You will be notified during checkout and via email if signature confirmation applies to your shipment
• Failed delivery attempts due to signature requirements may result in package return to sender and additional fees

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and any special delivery instructions
• StackTrace Media is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for deliveries to addresses deemed unsafe by the carrier
• Address changes may not be possible once orders enter our fulfillment process
• Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees
