Each piece is custom-made when you order.

• Production time: 4–6 business days before shipment
• All sales are final (no returns or exchanges for fashion/size-related reasons)
• Made-to-order production reduces overproduction and waste

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please note:

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers, but we will assist in filing claims when possible.
